Please join us at the BoatShop on the Gig Harbor waterfront for a magical evening with the Charlie Beck and Charmaine Slaven duo, Squirrel Butter. Featured on NPR's award-winning program Prairie Home Companion, these two, "sharing a deep love of traditional music, explore the genres of old-time, early bluegrass, blues, country and cajun. They add their unique perspective to these traditions and thread these influences into their original compositions."
To get your tickets for this magnificent evening inside the historic Eddon Boatyard, purchase them at the Gig Harbor BoatShop or by calling (253) 857-9344. Tickets are $20 or $15 for BoatShop Members (become a member to save AND support!). Doors open at 6:30pm. Open seating. Each of our concerts have sold out and there is limited seating for this intimate event so book your tickets early. Hot and cold refreshments along with dessert treats will be served before and during intermission. Hope to see you there!
MUSIC AT THE BOATSHOP CONCERT SERIES
Our past concerts have all sold out and have been not just been fun, wonderful musical performances, but have also introduced hundreds of members of our community to the historic Eddon Boatyard -- the last public example of Gig Harbor's rich working waterfront and maritime heritage.
The Jack Dwyer & Sam Weiss Duo charmed the sold out crowd in March. Stephanie Anne Johnson & Emily Anne Peterson enchanted the sold out crowd in January. Eli West entertained a sold out Joiner Shop in November. Rio Con Brio wowed the sold out audience in September and again this past May. Ryan McKasson & Eric McDonald were masterful in July.
All proceeds go to support the Gig Harbor BoatShop mission and its programming. We thank you all for your tremendous support.
