The Boatyard House at Eddon Boat Park is a 1031 square-foot community gathering space available for rent to the public. The main floor of the Eddon Boatyard Brick House, along with the adjoining patio and deck, is available for family, community, and organization activities.

The Boatyard House is owned by the City of Gig Harbor and operated by Gig Harbor BoatShop, a 501c3 organization located in the adjacent boatyard.

The House is available from 8 am - 8 pm seven days a week with the exception of city-recognized holidays.

Capacity is limited to 30 people.

Rental rate is $50/hour with a two hour minimum. Full day rental (12 hours) is discounted to $500.

Included in the rental rate: Chairs (30), tables (3), two (2) microwaves, refrigerator, two (2) coffee makers, tea kettle, trash liners, and general cleaning supplies. A/V: 65” TV with one HDMI cable is also available.
