MAC

MAC is, at its core, part of the natural progression of Celtic music as it has worked away into the American consciousness. Ryan McKasson, Elias Alexander, and Colin Cotter are well-versed in the Celtic music tradition, and the music that they write and perform is steeped heavily in this timeless tradition while calling upon influences ranging from rock to classical. Their performances reveal fiery personas tempered with artistry, finesse, and virtuosity as they draw from a deep well of innovative original music and lush arrangements of traditional songs and tunes.

Ray Troll and the Ratfish Wranglers

Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

Talk starts at 6 p.m.

Music starts at 7 p.m.

Ray Troll and the Ratfish Wranglers are a wild bunch of artist-musicians hailing from the town of Ketchikan that play what some have described as sub-aquatic neo-folk n’ fish-rock. One never knows who is going to be ‘wrangled’ into this band of pranksters but at its core are well known Alaskan Fish artist Ray Troll and his partners in slime “Ratfish” Russell Wodehouse, Shauna Lee, Brian Curtis and Chazz Gist. They put on a fun and uniquely Alaskan show, complete with a “sockeyedelic” light show and a limbo bar set at nine inches.

Ben Hunter & Joe Seamons
